Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is damaged, reject it upon delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
If a parcel is lost, we will investigate with the courier. Refund or replacement will be issued once confirmed.
Parcels marked as delivered by the courier are considered received. For lower risk, choose Express shipping.
Duties & Taxes
All EU prices include VAT
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes (paid by the customer)
Refusal to pay duties will result in return shipping costs being charged
Shipping costs are non refundable
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via mail.
After dispatch, cancellations must follow the return policy.
